Du​ties :

• Serving as a liaison to Constructive Business Development Department (BD) including management teams.
• Working closely with the Technical Department Manager, overviewing the required technical proposals needed for the Business Development Department (BD).
• Project management and coordination with Technical Department Manager.
• Overseeing all projects and completing a broad variety of administrative tasks.
• Issuing related invoices with different clients.
• Manage and provide outsourcing solutions for trades outside Constructive to ensure best deliverables of projects to the client.
• Working closely with the Technical Department Manager overviewing the required Technical Proposals needed for the BD Department
• Overseeing all projects and completing a broad variety of administrative tasks.
• Monitoring, planning projects costs and time scheduling and overseeing the progress of designated projects.
• Coordinating with the technical Managers and liaising work of all trades to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with client for requirements and program to achieve Project Best Benefits and Client Satisfactory

Requirements:

• 5-7 yrs of experience
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Consultancy background
• Good communication skills
• Mastering English language
