Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and coordination of workshop drawings
- Reviewing design drawings and providing technical feedback
- Coordinating architecture works with landscape and urban design
- Supporting the Quantity Surveying (QS) team with technical insights
- Utilizing CAD and Revit standards effectively for design and documentation
- Managing and mentoring junior engineers
- Participating in tendering and procurement processes
- Selecting appropriate materials and preparing comparative analyses
- Reviewing material submittals for project approval
- Attending meetings with designers, consultants, and governmental authorities

**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in architectural engineering
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office
- Familiarity with material selection and technical submittals
- Basic knowledge of tendering and procurement processes
- Intermediate knowledge of landscape and urban design
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
- Leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring junior staff
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
