Job Title: Sales Engineer 

 Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support 
 - Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions. 
 - Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services. 
 - Assist in developing proposals and technical documentation.
2. Client Engagement 
 - Build and maintain relationships with clients. 
 - Conduct site visits or consultations to understand technical challenges. 
 - Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
3. Technical Expertise 
 - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers. 
 - Act as a liaison between the client and product development teams to ensure technical requirements are met. 
 - Troubleshoot technical issues during pre- and post-sale processes.
4. Market Research & Strategy 
 - Analyze market trends and competitor offerings. 
 - Provide feedback to improve products and align with customer expectations. 
5. Reporting & Documentation 
 - Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports. 
 - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 

Key Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or Software) or a related field. 
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Location: Cairo 
- Skills: 
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
 - Technical aptitude to understand and explain products or systems. 
 - Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. 

Work Environment:
- Frequent client visits and travel may be required. 
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams. 
- Involves working with technical tools and diagrams.
