We are seeking a IT Manager to join us in Naguib Selim
**Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, including networks, servers, and hardware.
- Develop and execute strategies for IT infrastructure, security, and disaster recovery.
- Manage software and hardware procurement, licensing, and asset management.
- Provide technical leadership and support for IT-related projects and initiatives.
- Ensure the security of network and data systems, implementing best practices for data protection and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide efficient IT solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely service delivery and cost-effective solutions.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented work environment.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and IT industry trends.
**Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X+ years) in IT management, with a strong - -- - -- understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, server management, and cloud computing.
- Experience with IT project management, vendor management, and budgeting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
