CV & CE.CV Service Contract Engineer
Monitoring and follow-up affairs of our customers with service centers (Management, technical, financial...)
Study the cost of current service contracts per one and support service centers by new solutions to decrease the cost
Visiting the customer to present the contracts offers.
Manage the mobile service team which serving service contracts customer in their locations.
Coordinate with other departments to setup the new contracts on oracle (Spare Parts, finance, order management team, item definition team).
Qualifications
 
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive).
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Very good command in English language.
Excellent in Communication Skills.
