Job Description
 
Projects Technical Office Architecture Senior Engineer
•    Lead the Arch. Team and following up all the projects.
•    Create buildings design and highly detailed drawings using the Design (CAD) application.
•    Manage constraining factors such as project budget.
•    Coordinate between the business units and other departments.
•    Write and present reports, proposals and applications.
•    Specify the requirements for the project and manage resources needed.
•    Adapt plans per circumstances and resolve any problem that may arise during construction.
•    Travel to building sites for monitoring till completion. 

Qualifications
 
The required qualifications are as follows:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Arch. Engineering with 3-5 years of total experience in design and site.

Technical qualifications include:
•    Auto CAD 
•    PHOTOSHOP
•    SKETCH UP OR 3D MAX.
