Ship and Crew is Hiring a "Fleet Maintenance Senior Engineer" 

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Senior Engineer with a strong background in managing, maintaining, and optimizing the performance of Heavy Trucks ( Mercedes Actros ) 

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and Follow up all corrective maintenance for fleet Trucks, ensuring timely and efficient repairs are carried out.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and system failures to minimize downtime and return Trucks to operational status.
- Lead the coordination and execution of emergency repairs and repairs identified during Truck inspections or operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts replacements, and work orders.
- Collaborate with other operational departments to ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of maintenance tasks. 
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure the availability of critical components for vessel upkeep.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- From 5-7 years of experience in fleet maintenance, preferably in the Heavy Truck And transportation industry.
- Strong Experience in Maintenance Mercedes Actros Models ( MP1,MP2,MP3 & MP4 ) 
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong Leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Resident of Alexandria .
