Job Title: Junior Mechanical BIM Engineer
Location: Street 9, El-Mokattam, Cairo
Company: PERKEL for Engineering Services

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Revit MEP models for mechanical systems.
- Assist in clash detection, coordination, and technical reviews with other disciplines.
- Support senior engineers in preparing technical drawings, calculations, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and project teams to deliver integrated designs.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP projects.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
