Job Description
Receiving the materials supplied to the site and storing them after examining them and making sure that the incoming matches the purchase order based on the company’s receiving policy and sending a report to the direct manager. 
Follow the instructions and storage policies of each item separately. 
Implementation of inventory item registration policies and procedures. 
Keeping warehouse records and initiating monthly closing operations. 
Recording, monitoring and reviewing inventory movement documents, including exchange permits, adding and transfers received from sites according to supply orders. 
Entering the data for the addition and exchange permissions
Make an inventory of the stores and match them to the records. 
Participate in the monthly and annual account closures with respect to inventory.
