Job Description

Office Admin 
Job Description: -

·      Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring that sales processes are executed seamlessly from lead generation to closing.

·      Maintain and update customer and projects databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

·      Prepare and process necessary documentation for property transactions, including contracts, offers, and agreements. Generate regular reports on sales performance, leads, and market trends.

·      Handle general office tasks such as managing emails, filing documents, and scheduling meetings.

·      Work closely with the marketing, finance, technical and legal departments to ensure smooth processing of deals.

·      Making regular calls with clients

·      Follow up daily emails

·      Schedule the meeting time with clients

·      Conduct online research & project teasers.

·      Report to the Business Development Manager (weekly)

·      Prepare the required documentation for Hard Copy submitted projects.

·      Make presentation on (Power points, or other programs)

·      Working on our website & linked in page

 

Job Requirements:-

·      Bachelor's degree

·      Have high English Profile.

·      Excellent MS Office knowledge.

·      Outstanding organizational and time management skills

·      Excellent verbal and written communications skills
