We seek a fron Office Assistant with 0: 2 years of experience to support our growing team in Egypt. The successful candidate will be crucial in maintaining office operations and assisting the HR department. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the office, including managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the management team
Assist in the recruitment process
Support the HR department in various tasks, including employee onboarding and HR paperwork
Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment
Responsible of the administration work
Qualifications
