Giza Integrated Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Site Manager (Electrical) to oversee substation projects in Toshka. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage all site activities related to electrical substation projects.
- Oversee system testing, ensuring that all work progresses in alignment with project specifications and timelines.
- Verify electrical materials and protection systems, ensuring compliance with contract terms and industry standards.
- Plan and organize site activities, ensuring the availability of required materials, equipment, and workforce.
- Monitor on-site progress, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budget constraints.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures, safety regulations, and compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
- Address and resolve on-site challenges, delays, or technical issues in collaboration with project management.
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring clarity in work scope and adherence to contract requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including inspections, installation, and testing.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of substation engineers and technicians, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and design teams, to resolve project-related concerns.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Investigate and report on-site incidents, ensuring proper procedures are followed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in managing electrical substations, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of substation equipment, operations, and industry best practices.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards for electrical substations.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage dynamic project requirements.
