We are hiring for Design Architect to join with our Egypt team

Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptual Design: Creating creative, innovative and aesthetically pleasing design concepts that meet the needs of clients.
• Project Planning: Develop initial designs, layouts, and presentations for client review. Work with clients to refine designs, considering their preferences, budget, and project objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, interior designers, and other architects to ensure the technical viability of the design.
• Design Documentation: Prepare concept architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Compliance: Ensure designs comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Client Interaction: Maintain direct communication with clients to ensure that their vision is realized throughout the design and construction process.
• Presentation: Present design concepts and final plans to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in design architecture, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in residential, commercial, or public sector projects, Gulf region is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other design software.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, design processes, and building systems.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations, especially Dubai and Abu Dhabi codes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• LEED or similar sustainability certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in architectural design.
• Experience with project management software and techniques.
• Strong understanding of digital rendering and visualization tools is a plus.
