Structure Team Leader
Job Description:
Responsible for leading a team of engineers and designers in the development of structural designs for various projects, with a strong emphasis on utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, specifically Revit. This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management abilities to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality and innovative structural solutions.

Responsibilities
guide a team of structural engineers in the design and documentation of building structures using Revit software.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring clarity and precision for construction teams.
Oversee all aspects of structural design projects, including conceptual design, analysis, detailing, and construction documentation.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Revit usage and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Proficiency in structural analysis and design, Shopdrawings software, Such ASD, AutoCAD, Revit.
9 to 10 years of experience in structural engineering design.
Experience working on a variety of building types (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.).
Generating construction documentation (drawings, schedules, reports)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
