Nations Of Sky is hiring a skilled Cost Control Senior Engineer to join our team immediately!

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Experience from 5 to 8 years in the same field.
• Excellent software skills (Excell, AUTOCAD, REVIT, BIM, power point….etc)
• Reports & presentation skills.
• Excellent Market data base & communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Reviewing QS sheets for different Construction trades.
• Reviewing Invoices with all supporting documents.
• Regular updating of projects payments LOG.
• Preparation of monthly commercial reports identifying payments status & Contracts amounts.
• Attending progress site meetings to update commercial reports.
• Reviewing variation orders & prepare cost analysis or new quotations whenever needed.
• Complying with group forms and processes to ensure internal approvals are obtained in accordance with group policies and the delegation of authorities.
• Forecasts any potential contractual issues and mitigates claims.
