" Contracts Manager"
Job location : Nasr city ( HQ)
Job Requirements :
-Bachelor’s degree in a Civil Engineering field.
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management, with significant experience in construction and engineering projects.
-Strong understanding and previous experience with FIDIC contract terms and conditions is preferable.
-CMAD or CLAC certification is a plus.
-Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
-Proven ability to negotiate and administer complex contracts and handle variations, claims, and disputes effectively.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in preparing and maintaining accurate contractual documentation and records.
-Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring successful project delivery.
