Pricing and Cost Senior Accountant

Job Location: 10th of Ramadan
Job Responsibilities:

Pricing Requests for Sales Team: 
- Analyze and process pricing requests for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with our pricing system. 
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide timely and accurate pricing information to support customer proposals and negotiations. 
New Product Costing and Coding: 
- Conduct cost analysis for new products, to determine accurate pricing, manage coding requests for new products in the system, ensuring proper classification and alignment with financial and operational requirements. 
Price List Management: 
- Upload and maintain updated price lists in the system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms. 
- Regularly review and validate pricing data to reflect current costs.
Packaging Cost Review: 
- Ensure packaging costs are accurately captured and reflected in product pricing. 
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to validate actual packaging costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. 
Price Review and Analysis: 
- Conduct regular reviews of existing prices to ensure they align with current cost structures and market trends. 
- Provide recommendations for price adjustments based on cost changes, profitability analysis, and competitive positioning

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance
- 4-7 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Keen attention to detail with a knack for identifying discrepancies and inefficiencies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills
