We are Hiring Senior AR Accountant
Working Module: On-Site
Location: Cairo - Sheraton
Key Responsibilities:

1-Accounts Receivable Management:
-Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including generating invoices and ensuring accurate entries.
-Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and resolve overdue balances.
-Reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger.
2-Collections:
-Contact clients regarding overdue payments and establish payment plans if necessary.
-Track and report on collection efforts, including DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) metrics.
-Handle escalated issues related to payment disputes or discrepancies.
3-Reconciliations & Reporting:
-Perform regular reconciliations of AR accounts, including bank deposits and cash receipts.
-Prepare monthly AR aging reports and provide insights to management.
Analyze trends in receivables to optimize cash flow and reduce delinquencies.
4-Customer Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure efficient collections.
-Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) to resolve disputes promptly.
5-Process Improvement:
-Develop and implement improvements to AR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
-Assist in automating invoicing and payment systems, where applicable.
6-Compliance:
-Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and company policies.
-Assist with internal and external audits related to AR.

Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
Experience:
-Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting roles.
-Strong understanding of AR principles, collections, and reconciliations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-High attention to detail and accuracy.
