We’re seeking a talented Product Design Engineer to join our team! You’ll play a key role in creating 3D and 2D designs of sheet metal and plastic parts, ensuring they meet customer specifications and manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Design 3D and 2D models of sheet metal and plastic parts using CAD software
Modify designs based on customer needs
Create part and assembly drawings with GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
Conduct thermal analysis and simulations
Validate designs through prototype testing
Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure smooth manufacturing
Prepare Bill of Materials and technical documentation

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
3-5 years of experience in electromechanical product design
Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor, SolidWorks, ProE, AutoCAD)
Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and coating
Excellent communication and project coordination skills
