Leeds TFM is hiring Chief Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to manage our accounting operations in the Facilities Management sector. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and project accounting to ensure the company’s financial health and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
-Manage project accounting, including cost tracking and invoicing.
-Monitor cash flow and manage vendor payments.
-Lead budgeting and forecasting for facilities management projects.
-Ensure compliance with industry financial regulations.
-Coordinate internal and external audits.
-Supervise and mentor the accounting team.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
 -Years of accounting experience, with 3 years in a leadership role in facilities management or any related field.
-Strong knowledge of financial regulations and project-based accounting.
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP) and Excel.
-Excellent leadership and communication skills.
