• Contracts Specialist
• Location New Cairo
• Sales Operation Department 

Accountabilities :- 
• Draft clients contracts including all necessary details (Client data, unit details, etc.). 
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies. • Maintain a comprehensive contract database for easy retrieval and reference. 
• Act as the owner of the internal approvals process for contracts through scanning, initiating and closing the approval cycle within the company. 
• Ensure that overseas clients have signed their contracts through courier and update internal stakeholders. 
• Work effectively with internal stakeholders involved in the contracts cycle to ensure all terms are addressed.
• Prepare reports on contract status and potential risks and submit them on due dates.

Qualifications :-
• Bachelor’s degree in Law is the must.
• fresh graduate or 1 years of experience.
