Workshop Engineer – Heavy Trucks

Job Description:
-Diagnoses and identifies the malfunctions & the technical errors in the car and test them, if necessary, before proceeding with maintenance.
-Ensures requesting the appropriate spare parts according to the faults and required maintenance.
-Ensure that the technician receives the appropriate spare parts and installs them in the car.
-Distributes the jobs on the technical team according to the qualifications, responsibilities, and technical skills inside the group.
-Follows up with the technicians the workflow which achieves balance and fairness within the group.
-Control and monitor technicians during daily work with fair job distribution.
-Executes maintenance jobs at the minimum time required.
-Ensure the execution of maintenance jobs accurately.
 
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree - Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering is preferable.
-3-5 years of Experience.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Very good English language
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
