Technical Office Engineer/ Architecture!

Margins Developments’ Sister Company, a fast-paced and dynamic construction company is seeking to hire a Technical Office Engineer.

Our marginalized projects:

- Oaks, Egypt New Capital Hotel Apartments & Suites.
- Zia Business Complex. The first medical administrative, and commercial project in the Administrative Capital.
- Sheraton Residence, Mostakbal City, New Cairo.
- Our newest project “𝑳𝒖𝒔𝒂𝒊𝒍 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆” New Cairo.

Summary of the job:

The skilled Technical Office Engineer will contribute to the design and execution of large-scale, complex architectural projects. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and designing diverse architectural plans and preparing detailed shop drawings and specifications. 

Ideal candidates must have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Proven experience (typically 2-6 years) in a technical office role in a construction company.
- Ability to read, interpret, and create detailed technical and architectural drawings.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, building materials, codes, and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in technical work.
- High skills in digital software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, and MS Office
- Good English language skills (written and spoken)
