We’re Hiring: Accounting Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our financial health and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Lead and mentor the accounting team to maintain high performance.
Collaborate with other departments to support strategic business decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA is a plus).
Proven experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards and tax regulations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
