" QS Section Head "

Job Description:
• Prepare and review project quantities take-off.
• Prepare a detailed bill of Quantities in accordance with international standards. 
• Manage contracts and negotiate with suppliers and contractors. 
• Monitor costs and ensures adherence to the approved project budget. 
• Prepare periodic cost reports and submit to management. 
• Perform price analysis and assist in bid preparation. 
• Develop the project's technical specifications and maintain suppliers/ vendor lists.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the same field, preferably with a background in consultancy offices.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prepare detailed project specifications and manage supplier/vendor lists.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
