- Cost Control Engineer

• Proficient in creating detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) item breakdowns to establish 
 comprehensive project budgets.
• Oversee and manage the total expenditures of the project, ensuring strict monitoring and control measures are in place.
• Employ diverse cost control matrices to produce precise cost forecasts for informed decision-making.
• Effectively utilize ERP systems, preferably SAP, for streamlined cost control and proficient financial management.
• Foster collaboration across various departments to guarantee seamless alignment between project activities and budgetary objectives.
• Conduct meticulous variance analyses, identifying and addressing deviations from the established budget.
• Demonstrate robust reporting skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines consistently.
• Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in a cost control role specifically within the context of construction projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in cost control department.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
