Al Khalifa for Construction | Sole fine works is hiring a tender Engineer with the below Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
Minimum Required of experience is five years.
pervious experience in high end Finishing Field 

Job responsibilities:
Prepares breakdowns sheets and cost analysis 
Review and study all projects documents( B.O.Q, specifications, drawings ...etc.)
Review and compare quotation received from suppliers and subcontractors and follow up with them.
Review client's responses, terms & conditions and suppliers/ subcontractors offers then prepare the qualifications/ exceptions/ deviations.

About the Job:
Job location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt.
working hours: from 9:00 Am to 5:00 PM
off days are Friday, Saturday and official Holidays
