ATA Architects International is Hiring " Senior BIM Coordinator " For Cairo branch:

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to enhance our workflows through technical expertise in BIM coordination and advanced programming skills.

 Key Responsibilities:
🔸 BIM Management & Standards:
▪️ Develop, implement, and maintain organization-wide BIM standards and execution plans.
▪️ Lead BIM coordination meetings and clash detection sessions.
▪️Ensure ISO 19650 compliance across all BIM processes.
▪️ Manage and optimize Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
▪️Technical Development:
▪️ Develop and maintain custom Revit plugins using C# and .NET Framework
▪️ Create automated workflows for repetitive tasks
▪️ Implement API solutions across multiple Autodesk platforms
▪️ Design and develop user-friendly interfaces using WPF and MVVM
▪️ Maintain and optimize existing tools and plugins
Project Coordination
▪️ Coordinate between multiple disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP)
▪️ Manage BIM execution using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
▪️ Oversee project information models (PIM) delivery
▪️ Ensure compliance with TIDP and MIDP requirements
▪️ Monitor and maintain model quality and standards.
Team Leadership & Training
▪️ Provide technical mentorship to BIM team members
▪️ Develop and conduct BIM training programs
▪️ Create documentation for BIM processes and custom tools
▪️Support project teams in implementing BIM workflows
▪️ Guide teams in adopting new technologies and methodologies

🔸Required Qualifications:
▪️ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
▪️ 8-10 years of BIM coordination/management experience
▪️ 3-5 years of Revit API development experience
▪️ Proven track record in Gulf region projects, particularly KSA
Technical Skills
▪️ Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Suite: Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP), Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, ACC, Programming & Development, C# (.NET Framework), LINQ, Asynchronous programming, WPF/MVVM, Git/Azure DevOps.

▪️ Database management and integration
▪️Experience with visual programming (Dynamo)

🔸 Additional Skills
▪️ Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards
▪️ Proficiency in BIM execution planning
▪️ Experience with Agile development methodologies
▪️ Advanced problem-solving abilities
▪️ Strong communication skills in English
▪️ Knowledge of construction methodology
▪️Familiarity with MEP systems
