Senior BIM Architect

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior BIM Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating Revit models from 2D drawings, advancing models from LOD 200 to LOD 400, ensuring precise coordination, and preparing construction documents. As a senior role you will play a pivotal role in adhering to and auditing production team against BIM methodologies and workflows to maintain quality, accuracy, and alignment with project objectives. As a company representative, you will also attend and contribute to client meetings. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

Create BIM Models from 2D drawing provided by Clients. 

Develop Revit Models Further from LOD 200 up to LOD 400. 

Create LOD 500 As-Built Models. 

Preparing and managing shop drawings, schedules, and quantities derived from BIM models. 

Form and Mentor Junior BIM Architects Team according to company expansion plans. 

Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plan, Company Standards and Project Requirements. 

Collaborate with Structural, MEP engineers, and other consultants to align and integrate models. 

Conduct quality control checks to ensure model integrity and data accuracy. 

Provide technical support to team members and troubleshoot BIM-related issues for Architectural Models. 

Qualifications 

Essential: 

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering. 

6-9 Years of Experience. 

Experience in Shop Drawings Generated from Revit Models. 

Awareness of BIM Workflows and Good knowledge working with BIM Execution Plans. 

Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and Autocad software. 

Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken. 

Preferred: 

Familiarity with Dynamo, Python, or other scripting tools for BIM automation. 

Knowledge of international BIM standards like ISO 19650 and BS1192. 

Familiarity with Scan to BIM workflows. 

Familiarity with COBie workflows and delivery.
