Job Description:
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and office management.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Coordinate meetings and events.
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
• Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a secretarial role, preferably in the engineering or consulting industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
