Job Description
leads a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and products. They are responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components and systems (HVAC, FF&Pb)
Reviewing and approving designs, ensuring they meet project requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Prepare and present reports on team performance, project status, and resource needs to upper management.
Coordinate and manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
overseeing and guiding a team of mechanical engineers in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and products.
Requirements
Proficiency in elite, Hap, CAD and REVIT software
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and industry standards.
worked in a consultant company is a big plus
Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and processes, Shop drawings is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
Experience in Mega Projects (Healthcare, administration, Hospitality, etc..) Buildings - Infrastructure
