Job Description

oversee our architectural team and drive the successful execution of design projects, will take the lead on the preparation and management of Design & Shop Drawing documents, technical drawings, and project specifications, from concept to completion. You will also provide oversight during the Design & Shop Drawing phase to ensure the design intent is realized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present design concepts and presentations to clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Lead and manage the architectural team in the development of design concepts and project deliverables.
• Act as the main point of contact for all technical matters related to projects, coordinating with other disciplines, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Collaborate with the design team to integrate technical solutions into architectural concepts, ensuring seamless design execution.
• Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in architectural software 3D Max, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks
• Previous experience working on projects in multiple sectors (e.g., residential, commercial, institutional, industrial).
