Join Our Team: Technical Office Manager (Electromechanical)

The Role:

As the Technical Office Manager, you will lead and oversee all technical operations related to electromechanical works, ensuring that designs, drawings, and implementations meet the highest industry standards. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our projects and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the preparation, review, and approval of shop drawings and technical designs for electromechanical systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting).

Ensure designs and plans comply with technical specifications, standards, and project requirements.

Lead and mentor the technical office team, providing guidance and fostering professional development.

Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Analyze and resolve technical challenges, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions.

Keep abreast of the latest technologies and methodologies in the electromechanical field.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

8 - 10 years of experience in electromechanical works.

Extensive knowledge of industry standards, codes, and specifications.

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage diverse teams effectively.

Proficiency in engineering tools and software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
