Project Engineer “Follow Up Towers”
Key Responsibilities:
-Review project specifications, blueprints, and production requirements for assigned projects.
-Coordinate with the production, quality, and material planning teams to ensure smooth project execution.
-Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress against milestones.
-Identify and address engineering and production challenges, proposing solutions to maintain project timelines.
-Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations during project execution.
-Prepare detailed technical and progress reports for management and stakeholders.
-Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and resolve on-site technical issues.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering.
-1-3 years of experience in a similar role in projects within a tower production or heavy steel fabrication environment.
-In-depth knowledge of tower production processes and standards.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
-Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) preferred.
