We are looking for a skilled and experienced:
BIM Quantity Surveyor  
 RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Perform precise quantity takeoffs using BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks. Prepare and review monthly and final bills in accordance with the project contracts.
 Audit and validate BIM models for quantity accuracy and alignment with execution plans. 
Generate regular reports comparing consumed quantities with estimated quantities.
Collaborate with design and execution teams to coordinate schedules and work plans. 
REQUIREMENTS: 
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. 
3-5 years of proven experience in quantity surveying. 
Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks. Advanced knowledge of quantity surveying software such as Excel.
