Job Summary:
 is urgently seeking a skilled and experienced procurement & contract engineer in fit-out projects to join our team immediately,
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials and services for construction projects, negotiating contracts,
 and ensuring that all procurement activities are cost-effective and timely; managing vendor relationships, overseeing contract performance, and handling any disputes or issues that arise.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction, architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 : 7 years of experience in procurement and contract management within the fit-out field.

-Analytical skills for cost estimation and risk assessment.
