AR Accountant.
Work location: Heliopolis (HQ).

𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
. Issue an invoice or statement for each payment due to a company.
. Track incoming cash flow, and report late transactions. 
In addition to billing duties, you make a record of each payment in the department.
. Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
. Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
. Process credit card payments.
. Prepare bank deposits.
. Prepare accounts receivables Journal entries on the invoice issuance date to maintain an accurate accounts receivables system to enhance the collection function.

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
. 1-3 years of experience in the same position.
. Experience in the real estate field. (preferred)
. Very good knowledge of M.S Office.
. Deal with ERP system
