Egyptian German Automotive "EGA" is hiring the following position
 
 * Job Title: HR Specialist 
 
 Requirements:
 - B.Sc degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
 - 3 - 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition “Manufacturing background is a Must”. 
- CBI certificate is a plus.
- Wide exposure in hiring (White & Blue) Collars.
- Hand On experience in Onboarding activities , Training administrating.
- Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Visio.
- Strong Interpersonal, Communication skills “Verbal & Written.”
- Very good Reporting and Time Management skills.
- Very good English language skills (Written & Spoken).

 Work Conditions: 
 * Location: 4th Industrial Zone, 6th of October City.
 * 2 Days off.
 * Transportation is provided.
