We hiring to expand our team for Saudi development company in -Egypt office

Architecture Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
🔹Develop and oversee architectural 
 designs for various real estate projects, 
 including residential, commercial, and 
 mixed-use developments
🔹Ensure all designs comply with Saudi
 building codes and regulations, including 
 energy efficiency 
🔹Collaborate with cross-functional teams 
 to integrate architectural designs with 
 structural, mechanical, and electrical 
 aspects of projects
🔹Manage project time, ensuring on-time 
 and within-budget delivery of design 
 packages
🔹Stay up-to-date with the latest 
 architectural trends, technologies, and 
 sustainable design practices

 Required Qualifications:
🔹Bachelor's degree in Architecture
🔹5-10 years of experience in architectural 
 design, with a focus on large-scale 
 project in Saudi Arabia preferred 
🔹Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, photoshop 
 and other 3d relevant design software 
🔹Strong knowledge of Saudi building 
 codes, regulations, and sustainability 
 standards
🔹Excellent communication and leadership 
 skills
🔹Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 
 collaborative environment
