Contact Developments Is Hiring:

GL Accountant 
Job Description:
- Record financial transactions and complete posting, verify transactions in the correct daybook, ledgers, and general ledger.
- Review employee loans and custody and Coordinate audits for compliance.
- Maintain a Chart of Accounts and account classification.
- Develop and follow GL and Reporting policies.
- Review accounting transactions for proper recording.
- Prepare and confirm reconciliations with parties and sister companies.
- Close monthly in ERP, Prepare a trial balance and financial statements.
 - Review accounts receivable and payable, and resolve issues.
 - Coordinate with functions for period-related expenses and balances, Review tax reconciliation with the tax authority.
Job Requirements:
- Experienced 5 years as GL accountant.
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant.
- Proven experience as a GL Accountant.
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
- Hands-on experience with accounting ERP software packages.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- From 10:00 am till 6:00 pm
- 2 Days Off (Friday & Saturday)
Location: New Cairo-5th Settlement
