Giza Integrated-Solutions, a construction field subsidiary of Giza Cables Industries located in Giza, is looking for a "Site Manager (Electrical) subistations"

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced electrical site manager to lead substation projects in our location in Toshka. The ideal candidate will oversee the on-site installation, testing of electrical substations, adherence to standards, and successful project delivery. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
 
Job Description:

- Supervise and manage all activities related to electrical substation projects, 
ensuring system testing and site work progress as per project specifications.
Verify electrical materials and protection requirements according to contract terms and industry standards.
Plan and organize site activities, ensuring the availability of required materials, equipment, and labor.
Monitor and ensure on-site progress aligns with the project timeline and budget.
Manage quality control processes, health and safety standards, and adherence to all relevant regulations.
-Resolve any delays or challenges encountered on-site and implement corrective actions in collaboration with project management.
Oversee subcontractor activities, ensuring clarity of work scope and compliance with contract requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including inspections, installation, and testing. 
Lead and mentor a team of substation technicians and engineers, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including owners, contractors, and design teams, to address and resolve project-related issues.
Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations.

Investigate on-site accidents or delays, ensuring appropriate procedures are followed.

Job Requirements and Specifications
 
• + 7 years of experience in managing electrical substations, leadership experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of substation equipment and operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage teams and coordination.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle project management.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices for electrical substations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing changing priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously
