Job Description

Meinhardt Egypt is Hiring:

 IT Help Desk Specialist (Entry Level)

 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required).
- From 0 to 2 years of Experience.

Job Overview:
- We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Assist in managing and troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and document solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve system efficiency and performance.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) concepts.
- Solid understanding of Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) principles.
- Hands-on experience or good knowledge of troubleshooting IT issues.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network protocols is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
