CPM (Construction & Project Management Consultancy) is hiring Senior Planning Engineer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architect Engineering
- +5 years’ experience in the same field for Senior Planning Engineer.
- Preferably PRMG course or PMP course.
- Very good knowledge of Primavera.
- Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Good Command of English Language “Spoken and Written”.
Job Description
- Develop Baseline Programs fully resources loaded with respect to project’s documents and Company’s standards while identifying critical and near critical paths.
- Prepare brief and detailed progress Dashboards and reports Complying with the Client expectation and projects’ requirements.
- Monitoring progress while considering quantities, invoices, construction feedback, identifying driving paths, highlighting critical issues and root causes of delays. Recommending Corrective and preventive actions.
- Report to Project manager for validating the progress, variances, forecasting a Visit Sites, attend and participate in progress meetings while Managing client time expectations.
Work conditions
- Working location at “Nasr City”.
- From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- 2 days off
