OPPO Egypt is hiring a Sales Trainer
Location: Dakahlia, Mansora

Responsibilities :-

-Responsible for executing the training plan for the new hires in the Sales Department to give them full information about OPPO and the technical training about OPPO's product sales.
-Monitoring and reviewing the progress of training through assessment.
-Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research.
-Supporting and motivating the promoters in the stores to achieve their targets.
-Responsible for training material and it's updated.
-Responsible for promotional activities.

Qualifications:-
-Bachelor's degree or above.
-Years of experience from 1 : 3 sales , training or coaching Retail Industry Preferably.
-Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate sales training programs.
-Flexible to work outdoor(Inspection In Ghabria&Menofya).
-Advanced level in Microsoft office.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Excellent Presentation skills
-Analytical skills.
-Record-Keeping and problem solving Skills .
