Contact Developments is Hiring:
 Customer Service Manager
Job Description
- Delivering a comprehensive service to inquiring customers
- Possibly delegating certain customer inquiries to specific teams
- Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails with the Cs team
- Manage all customers concerns and explanations with Cs team
- Manage all the events related to our customers in any product line
- Managing customers’ accounts with Cs team
- Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
- Communicating with internal teams to discuss client’s issues
- Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary
- Reporting back on results
- Responsible for handover the units
- Responsible for following up on the collection with collection team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience needed from 3 to 5 years in the same position as Customer Service manager
- Real Estate Developer Experience is a Must
- New Capital Experience at Developer Companies is a Must.
- Must be able to meet the demands of an ever-changing business environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, Customer Focus, and administrative skills.
- Very good English language proficiency
- Leadership Skills
Working Conditions:
- From 10:00 am till 6:00 pm
- 2 Days Off (Friday & Saturday)
Location: New Cairo-5th Settlement
