𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒖𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑺𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒕

- 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
The role of a Procurement specialist is to support the sourcing and purchasing of technical goods and services for the organization and ensures they are purchased from specified suppliers that meet demand requirements, business, and quality specifications.
You will also be responsible for negotiating with suppliers and ensuring goods and services are delivered upon agreed terms and conditions, seeking maximum value for the company including agreed time and cost.

- 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:
* 1-3 years of procurement experience.
* Prior working experience in purchasing and material optimization.
* Experience working in a procurement, planning, material management position .
* Good English both verbal and written.
* IT background is recommended.

- 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
* Research suppliers of goods and services.
* Gather quotes, proposals, and purchase terms and conditions.
* Execute the purchase of goods or services approved by management.
* Evaluate and negotiate suppliers.
* Track inventory and submit purchase orders as needed.
* Recommend new products, services, or materials in keeping with company trends.

- 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
* Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, or a related field.
