WE'RE HIRING:
 SENIOR CONTRACTS ENGINEER
 5-7 years of experience
 Job Scope: 
-Drafting new contracts or reviewing existing contract templates, considering the specific requirements and standards of the FIDIC suite of contracts or any ad hoc contracts tailored for the nature of works.
-Negotiating contractual terms and conditions with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to achieve favorable outcomes for the developer. 
-Administering contracts from initiation to closeout, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations according to agreed-upon terms and conditions 
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including contract agreements, amendments, correspondence, and other related documents.
 -Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with contract management, such as contractual disputes, non-compliance issues, or performance failures. -Managing and resolving disputes or conflicts that arise during the course of contract execution, including claims, disagreements over scope changes, or payment disputes.
 Technical Skills Required:
 -Excellent knowledge of FIDIC contracts and have been using them (both drafting and administration) for at least 5 years. 
-Good knowledge of the Egyptian Civil Code and other Egyptian laws and legislations 
Soft Skills: 
-Excellent communication skills.
 -Negotiation Skills.
 -Qualifications: -bachelor degree in Civil Architectural Engineering.
