We are hiring Fresh Data Analyst for Sales Department for one of the biggest Trading Companies (Plastic and Packaging Machines):

Key Responsibilities:

· Gather and clean sales data from various sources (CRM systems, spreadsheets, databases) to provide comprehensive and accurate reports.
·  Track sales performance metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, lead generation, and customer acquisition, and present findings to the sales team.
·  Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in sales data to support sales strategies and improve sales performance. 
·  Follow up with sales team and extracted required analyses reports.
·  POR weekly and monthly follow up reports
·  Internal Coordination & Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team.
·  Track sales team performance and prepare reports.
·  Research required information using available resources.
·  Write professional emails, and reports in English.
·  Client Communication & Inbound Lead Management: Manage inbound communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses to every lead.
· Follow up customer calls where necessary.
· Develop and maintain Customer data and the system to manage sales records.
· Assist with various tasks as needed.

Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Business Degree or any relative field.
· Minimum 6 Months of experience in similar role
· Ability to multitask priorities and recognizing when to shift priorities
· Very good in English, with strong written and verbal skills.
· Highly proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
