Standards for Projects and Facilities Management is looking for an experienced recruitment specialist and senior recruitment specialist to join our growing team!
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in facility management
• Strong background in recruiting Blue Collar workers
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently
• Previous experience in facility management companies or similar industries is highly preferred
