 Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or higher in HR management or a related field. At least 15 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years as an HR manager. 
At least 5 years of working experience in the construction field. 
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, with relevant compliance experience. 
Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Leadership and teamwork abilities.
